William J. Jeff Hawk

Of Etna, on Sunday, February 12, 2017, Jeff was the beloved partner of Renee M. Hess; father of River Forest Hawk; son of the late Francis and Elaine Burroway Hawk; brother of Colleen Hawk of Louisville KY, Herman "Bucky" Hawk (Natasha) of Moundsville WV.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at Pittsburgh Association for the Deaf, 1854 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15219. Arrangements made by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. The family respectfully requests donations be made for Jeffs final expenses to Perman Funeral Home, 923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh PA 15223.
