Thomas P. Kosakowski

Of Natrona Heights, on Monday, February 5, 2018, Mr. Kosakowski was the beloved father of Sheila Coholich (Christopher), Michael Kosakowski, Thomas Kosakowski, Brian Kosakowski (Stacey), and the late Robert Kosakowski; companion of Shirley Joan Shirley; son of the late Frank and Genevieve Lach Kosakowski; brother of Joyce Cushing (Joe) and the late James Kosakowski; brother-in-law of Terry Kosakowski; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Celebrate Mr. Kosakowskis life with his family on Friday from 4-8 at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rte. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw on Saturday at 9:30 AM.
