Theresa V. Santonastaso Cadonic

Formerly of McCandless Township, Theresa passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Theresa was the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Cadonic; mother of Christine Firek (Dave); daughter of the late Anthony and Angelina Parenti Santonastaso; sister of Anthony Santonastaso (Rose) and the late John Santonastaso (Lois and Diane). 

Theresa was born in September of 1936. She graduated from Peabody High School in 1954. Theresa worked and traveled until she settled down with Joe in August of 1966. In March of 1969, they finally brought their bundle of joy, Christine, into the world. They planted roots in McCandless Township and made a small house by a creek where she lived for almost 50 years.

Theresa was patient and kind all of her life.  She was a lovely woman. Theresa will live on in her younger brother, Anthony's memory and in her beloved daughter, Christine's heart. She would say, “Take one thing at a time. Call at least one friend each week. May what brings you Joy fill your heart and your vessel overflows all the days of your life.”

Thank you for remembering my mom with me.
