Of Stanton Heights, on Saturday, April 7, 2018, Tarell was the father of Legend Ford; son of Alisha Cooper and Darrell Keeton; brother of David, Morgan and Logan; grandson of Viola "Vi" Cooper; also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Tarell was a clothing designer and artist.
