Stephen J. Markunas

On Tuesday, March 22, 2017, Mr. Markunas was the beloved father of Victoria Gore (Charles) and Kimberly Lim (Sang), both of Fairfax VA; son of the late Peter P. and Albertha Ward Markunas; brother of Nancy Lintner of Ocean City MD, Charlene Miller of Gibsonia, Joan Markunas of Coraopolis, Beverly Pfab of McCandless Twp., Karen Shope of Millvale, Kimberly Sauer of Franklin Park, David Markunas and Brian Markunas, both of Millvale and the late Peter Markunas; grandfather of Emily, Michael and Caitlyn Gore and Evan and Michelle Lim; also 10 nieces and nephews; best friend of Dale Henderson; predeceased by a niece.
Services were private. Interment will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Arrangements by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp.
