Age 74, of McKeesport, on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Mr. Dougherty was the husband of Virginia Dougherty; father of Margo Dougherty (Anthony Tabares), Heather Pape (Ben), Basia Watson (Nick), Samuel "Ziggy" Dougherty (Amanda), and the late Henry Dougherty; son of Ella Loretta and Samuel Dougherty; brother of Nancy Seebacher (late Ron); grandfather of Hayden Mathis, Hayley Mathis, Tristan Mathis, Brynn Dougherty, Rylee Watson, Wade Watson, June Watson, Brooklynne Dougherty, Cayesen Dougherty, Davvin Smith.
