Of O'Hara Twp., passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014, Dr. Caines was the beloved husband of Sandria Caines; father of Paul Caines, Dr. Michelle Williams, Dr. Andrew Caines and Dr. Marie Hague; son of the late George and Elma Chrysostom Caines; brother of Mrs. Mary Harper, Dr. Gloria Ojo, Dr. Patrick Caines, Mrs. Barbara Moukwa and the late Dr. Cecil Caines; Papy of Nathanael and Joel Williams, Tyson and Marshall Caines, and Ethan and Eden Hague; father-in-law of Dr. Seymour Williams, Dr. Michelle Garnett-Caines, Mr. Steven Hague; brother-in-law of Dr. Winston Harper, Dr. Monica Belfon-Caines, Dr. Lystra Berkely-Caines, Dr. Mosongo Moukwa and Mr. N. Earl Miller. Dr. Caines was a Pathologist at the VA Medical Center in Oakland and taught at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School.
Services and Interment were private. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Shaler Twp.
