Marilyn I. Mickey (Conway) Moeller

Age 80, of Etna, Mickey passed unexpectedly on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Gibsonia. Mrs. Moeller was the beloved wife of the late Richard "Dick" Moeller. She was born March 16, 1936 in the Allentown section of Pittsburgh. Mickey was the beloved mother of Eric M. Moeller(Jean Papanek) of Etna, Kimberly A. Moeller of Etna and Jane M. Francioni (Anthony) of Indiana Twp.; Gramma/Nanee of Adam Milka, Emma, Michael, Alicia and Lauren Francioni; sister of Norbert and Daniel Conway, both of Pittsburgh; also survived by nieces and nephews. Mickey was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Marie Baier Conway and her brothers Gerald "Jerry", John "Jack" and Duane Conway. Marilyn served as both President and Vice-president of PTA at Wilson St. Elementary School. She was a member of the Shaler Area School District Parent Council for 15 years. A long time member of All Saints Church, Marilyn taught CCD for 23 years.She was a childcare worker for 11 years at Glenshaw Presbyterian Church Day Care Center. A very devout Catholic, Marilyn was a Sister of St. Francis (Mt. Alvernia) in Millvale from 1952-1962 as Sister Gerald Marie.
Celebrate Marilyns life with her family on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at All Saints Church on Thursday at 10 AM.
