Kay Louise Williams

Our dear mother, Kay Louise Williams, sadly passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at the age of 85. She was a wonderful friend, mother, grandmother, and nanny to many, and she was there when we needed her most, offering abundant support, wisdom, and love. She was an avid sports fan of all sports, but her favorites were the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins. 

She spent many years caring for her family and extended family, as she spent many hours watching over other little ones as they grew and became our family. She was predeceased by her late husband, Walter Bruce Williams, who passed away in June 1983. She leaves behind daughter Loretta Ripple (Jeffrey Ripple), son Walter Bruce Williams Jr. and daughter Rebecca Jean Williams (Ross J. Thibault); grandchildren Autumn Lin Williams (Brandan Rice), Sarah Marie Thomas and James Lee Thomas; great-grandchild Kye Rice; along with countless friends who felt her warmth and generosity. 

There will be no services for Kay Williams as her family takes this time to mourn privately. In place of cut flowers, a memorial garden will be created if you would like to send a plant to be included. Please take this time to have a toast in honor of Kay Williams as a remembrance of all the stories she used to share of her younger days and the celebration of the life she lived.
