Age 78, passed peacefully in her sleep at home on December 16, 2020.

She is preceded in death by her dear husband of 58 years, Morry Sachs.
Judy was known by most as "Grammy". Grammy was committed and devoted to all the things she loved, especially her family. Her trips to Kennywood, Lake Erie and Myrtle Beach were cherished times and meant the world to her.
You could find Grammy cooking a huge Italian feast on any given Sunday, dancing to her favorite oldies or watching college/pro football, particularly her beloved Steelers. Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing and playing board games and cards.
Grammys personality always made you smile. You would laugh until your sides hurt! She was quite a character with her own unique language.
Never one to complain when things were tough and always humble when things were going well. She was a wonderful, giving and patient woman with a gentle soul and will be forever missed.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements made by PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, https://www.stjude.org/donate or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
