Of Allison Park on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Mr. Bigler, aged 97, was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Louise Baldwin Bigler.; father of Joseph A. Bigler III (Kristin); son of the late Joseph A. Bigler, Sr. and Louise Kahler Bigler; brother of the late Thelma, Elmer and Edward Bigler; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Services and Interment were private. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to Alzheimer’s Association Pittsburgh, 2835 E Carson St Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. Arrangements by Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Twp.
