John T. Kowalewski

Of Shaler Twp., on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, Mr. Kowalewski was the beloved husband of 54 years of Diane Moore Kowalewski; father of John M. Kowalewski of Coraopolis, Geneen D. Kihn (Bill) of Glenshaw, Susan R. Kowalewski of Glenshaw, Christine E. Hibner (Mike) of Allison Park; son of the late John and Margaret Prettyman Kowalewski; brother of Robert Kowalewski (Betty) of TX, Michael Kowalewski of NC and the late Patricia Little; survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. John retired in 2000 after serving as carpenter foreman for 40 years with Ryan Homes. His great love was for his dog Jesse.

Celebrate Mr. Kowalewski’s life with his family on Friday from 6-9 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Holy Spirit Church, Millvale on Saturday at noon.
