Jillian Rankin

Age 35, departed this less than magical realm on August 1, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. She was a LaRoche alumni, having studied forensic sciences. She established some lifelong friendships in her time there, where serial killers and Young Frankentein were just two of the bonding elements of the friendships. Jillian was also an avid Harry Potter and Wizarding World fan. She recently went to Universal Studios and hitched a ride on the Hogwarts Express for an incredible journey. Having lived on two wheels since age 5, she never let it keep her grounded. Jillian was fearless and enthusiastic and always sought out new experiences.  She loved to ride her horse, Detour, play ball at the park with Calypso, her service dog, and garden. She enjoyed playing Uno and other card and board games. She made outings enjoyable, whether going out with friends for burgers and
