Of Natrona, on Thursday, January 31, 2013 after a lengthy illness, Dr. Arbutiski was the beloved son of Susan Perman and the late Dennis Arbutiski; step-son of Edward Perman; brother of Jeremy J. Arbutiski (Lori) of Natrona Heights; step-brother of David Perman; grandson of the late Chester and Jane Glogowski and the late Benedict and Mary Arbutiski. Jason received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University.
