James M. Rozycki

Of Shaler Twp., on Sunday, December 31, 2017, Jim was the beloved husband of Irene H. Chrabol Rozycki; father of Karen M. Rozycki Wildpret (Jay) and Jeff M. Rozycki (Jennifer); son of the late Henry and Anna McGovern Rozycki; brother of Marlaine Rozycki-French (Don), Cheryl Ruffner (Bill) and Don Rozycki (Debbie); Pap Pap of Jacob and Zoe Rozycki; also survived by nieces and nephews. Jim was a retired Engineer with Swindell Dressler International. He was a Chief Petty Officer (Ret) in the US Navy with 26 years of service. Jim served the Boy Scouts of America as Scoutmaster, various District positions and a Leader of Wood Badge training for adult leaders. He was awarded the Boy Scout Silver Beaver. Jim was a proud member of Middle Road Volunteer Fire Department and American Legion Post 785 in Shaler.
Celebrate Jims life with his family on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw on Monday at 10 AM.
