Frances Carrington (Brown) Tissue

Just two days short of her 91st birthday, on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Frances (Brown) Tissue, of Allison Park, left her earthly home to join the love of her life of 70 years, the late W. Donald Tissue; mother "mum" of her five "favorite" surviving sons: Clifford (MaryBeth), Richard (Laura), Jeffrey (Cindy), Gary and David (JoMarie) Tissue; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was the youngest sister to her late sisters, Margaret Daves "Peggy" Brown Smith and Dorothy Dwight "Dottie" Brown.

Frances enjoyed raising her five boys, working alongside her husband, reading, knitting, crossword puzzles and spending time with family and friends. She was famous for her home-made knitted socks, scarves, blankets and dish cloths. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Celebrate Mrs. Tissues life with her family on Friday from 5-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd., Shaler Township.
