On Monday, April 22, 2024, of Etna, Debra was the beloved wife of Dave Bakaj; mother of Trisha Pipchok, Tarah Pipchok; step-mother of CJ Bakaj (Cammy) and Adam Bakaj; daughter of Thelma Clark Shuey and the late James Shuey; sister of John Shuey (Susan), Kevin Shuey (Allison) and Greg Shuey (Nancy).
