Dana Scott Harris

Of Shaler Twp., on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, Scott was the beloved husband of Janna L. Pettit Harris; father of Meghan E. and Morgan R. Harris of Shaler Twp.; son of Marian McDowell (Ted Wolf) of Shaler Twp. and Richard Harris of Charleston WV; brother of Lisa Eckenrode (Tom) of VA, Elena Cherup (John) of Hilton Head Island, SC, Kelli Harris of Charleston WV, Darline Brown of Charleston WV; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Harris was the owner of Shaler Self Storage. He was Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 157 and he was very involved in the Shaler Area Aquatic Programs.
Celebrate Scott's life with his family on Sunday from 2-8 PM at Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Services at Elfinwild Presbyterian Church, Glenshaw on Monday at 11 AM. The family respectfully requests donations be made to Boy Scout Troop 157, 3200 Mount Royal Boulevard, Glenshaw, PA 15116 or Laurel Highlands Counsel BSA, 1275 Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
