Formerly of Morningside, on Thursday, June 8, 2017, Conrad was the father of Conrad Paul Michalek III, Mitchell Paul Michalek; son of Dorothy Elaine (Colby) and Conrad Paul Michalek Sr.; brother of Steven Michalek, Richard Michalek (Donna), David Michalek (Misty), Mark Michalek (Anna), Sandra Stritzinger (Keith), Beverly Michalek (Bob Rothmeyer), and the late Michael Michalek, Ralph Michalek, and Debra Michalek; brother-in-law of Nieves Michalek; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
