Of Shaler Twp., on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, Dr. Worthington was the beloved husband of Alma Burnier Worthington; father of Laurie Worthington, Keith Worthington, Ian Worthington; brother of Ralph Worthington and the late Ethel Shepley, Hazel Pimlott; also survived by 8 grandchildren.
