Novak (Andrea) of Jacksonville FL; daughter of the late Mirko and Sofia Vinski Dukovitch; sister of the late Anna Bradstreet, Frank, Peter and John Dukovitch; grandma of Matthew Minto, Julie Buzzelli (James), Travis and Tori Donaldson, Megan, Sarah and Melanie Mitchell, Alexis Dunlap (Garrett) and Alyssa Novak; great-grandma of Benjamin Buzzelli.
Celebrate Mrs. Novak's life with her family on Thursday from 2-8 PM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 923 Saxonburg Blvd at Rt. 8, Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St Mary of the Assumption Church, Glenshaw on Friday at 10 AM. Family respectfully suggests donations be made to American Diabetes Asso., 100 W.
