Of Hampton, on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, Mrs. Palumbo was the dearest wife of Samuel L. Palumbo; daughter of the late Matthew and Mary Lubic Spehar; sister of Mary Spehar and Rose Conner, both of Lawrenceville and the late Matthew and Lillian Spehar.
